Service Description
100 ACRE DRIVE Step back in time to enjoy a slow paced adventure and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life while taking in the natural beauty of Norfolk Island. This tour offers a unique way to experience the 100 acre reserve on Norfolk Island. Your journey begins at our Tea Shire Drive Farm where our beautiful Shire horses will provide you with a peaceful carriage ride under the Island's famous majestic Morton Bay fig trees and in throughout the reserve, where you may just spot some nesting sea birds in the Norfolk Pines. On your return to the Stables you will be provided with our very own Norfolk Island Tea and a delicious and traditional High Tea setting. You will have a chance to meet the horses and see the farm. Bookings are available for up to six passengers total to enjoy this private adventure, with plenty of time to take photos and explore. Please read our terms & conditions prior to booking as total weight limits and party sizes apply, to keep our horses healthy, comfortable, and safe. Any booking that does not meet the terms & conditions will be cancelled.

Tea Shire Drive Horse & Carriage Tours – Key Information Thank you for choosing Tea Shire Drive! Please take a moment to read our key policies below. By booking, you agree to these terms. Bookings & Payment A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is made before your tour. Any vouchers or discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented to your driver on the day. Weight & Capacity Maximum combined passenger weight is 600 kg (up to six people). This ensures the comfort and welfare of our horses. Guests must be able to enter and exit the carriage independently. Children Children are welcome but must remain seated throughout the ride. Infants should be held securely in a carrier or wrap. All children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Health & Safety Please do not ride if recovering from injury or recent surgery. If pregnant or with health concerns, seek medical advice before booking. Drivers may adjust routes or pace for safety or horse welfare. Weather, Cancellations & Refunds If Tea Shire Drive cancels due to weather or safety, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If you cancel: • More than 7 days – no charge. • 7 days–48 hrs – 50 % charge or credit. • Less than 48 hrs – no refund (credit valid 6 months). • No-shows – no refund or credit. Behaviour Follow driver instructions at all times. Stay seated while moving and do not use horse command words. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may end the tour without refund.
